Returns & Replacements
You must contact us during our hours of operation to confirm a return authorization. Our customer service team will do everything they can to ensure satisfaction with your experience at MYOKEM.com. If a return authorization is not given your package may be refused. You must contact customer service within 24 hours of receipt for a return authorization relating to order shortages or mis-shipments.
In the event that you need to return an item it must be unopened and in its original condition to receive full credit. We do not accept returns on health bars, brownies or other food oriented supplements due to the nature of these products. Melted or otherwise spoiled food oriented supplements will only be reimbursed if the cold pack option was selected during checkout. All merchandise must be returned at your expense.
