Ordering online is quick and easy at MYOKEM.com. When you place your order you will have the option of either creating an account or simply checking out as a guest. In either case we will ask you for the minimum information required for processing your order. Orders that include promotional items will ship the free products using standard shipping, only paid products will be sent with selected carrier services. Shipping & Delivery
We ship Monday through Saturday. All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of purchase or the following business day. All buyers will receive an email containing tracking information as soon as the item(s) are shipped. USA residents are always eligible for Free Shipping. All orders over $250.00 are shipped with signature confirmation.
If a package is returned after delivery has been attempted, returned due to an incorrect address, refused at delivery or otherwise marked ‘RETURN TO SENDER’ you will be refunded for the order amount less the shipping cost.
International orders do NOT include any pre-paid customs taxes or fees that may be charged by your country. If the destination country imposes import duties and/or taxes you, the customer, are responsible for payment. Additionally, we do not take responsibility for shipments confiscated, destroyed or held by Customs nor will we attempt to misrepresent package contents. You are responsible for ensuring that all items in your purchase are legally able to be imported to your country.
Cancellations & Errors
Our goal is to provide fast and reliable shipping with all of our supplements. Orders are processed in approximately 30 minutes during our normal business hours. Because of our speedy fulfillment process we are not able to guarantee cancellation or error correction requests made longer than 30 minutes past the time of processing.
Returns & Replacements
You must contact us during our hours of operation to confirm a return authorization. Our customer service team will do everything they can to ensure satisfaction with your experience at MYOKEM.com. If a return authorization is not given your package may be refused. You must contact customer service within 24 hours of receipt for a return authorization relating to order shortages or mis-shipments.
In the event that you need to return an item it must be unopened and in its original condition to receive full credit. We do not accept returns on health bars, brownies or other food oriented supplements due to the nature of these products. Melted or otherwise spoiled food oriented supplements will only be reimbursed if the cold pack option was selected during checkout. All merchandise must be returned at your expense.
